HOW DO WE WORK?
We produce houses with the dimensions of mobile homes (4x10 meters), energy-efficient and
with a high degree of decoration.
WE DO NOT OFFER A CHALET! WE OFFER A MOBILE HOUSE WITH THE QUALITY OF
TRADITIONAL HOUSING AT A PRICE OF A CHALET!
The peculiar nature of our houses does not require any extra work on your site, you do not
need to do any groundwork, the mobile home is installed on your site completely finished and
is mounted with the help of screw piles (recommended) or just placed on a flat area. You only
need to provide the sewer connection.
If you choose a mobile home that fully meets your wishes, we require a deposit of 50%. In two
months you can get a customized, modern, reliable and highly efficient mobile homemade of
high-quality materials.
Rules and permissions for installing a mobile home may vary for each municipality. We
recommend that you contact the municipality on this issue.
THE GOVERNMENT CURRENTLY HAS ENOUGH SUPPORT FOR SUCH PROJECTS:
We offer a mobile house measuring 400x1000 cm, complete and ready to ship.
1. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a 120x120 cm window (made in Germany), located
in the left and right parts of the house. The bedroom can accommodate a double bed or 2
single beds. It has laminate walls and floors, as well as high quality glossy white stretch
ceilings made in Germany.
2. There are two fully equipped bathrooms next to each bedroom, each with a 90x120 mm
window and containing the following:
- Underfloor heating
- 90x90cm shower cabin with hydromassage mode
- A toilet with Geberit system
- Towel warmer
- Sink with relevant furniture and a mirror
- Belgian wall and floor tiles
3. A kitchen/living room with a 250x210 cm sliding door, laminate walls and floors, as well as
high-quality glossy white stretch ceilings made in Germany and reliable beautiful German
furniture. The kitchen is equipped with the following integrated devices:
- Electric stove with four hotplates
- An oven
- Draught equipment
- Dishwasher
- Fridge with two compartments
- Daikin inverter air conditioner
4. There is an A-class energy-saving boiler with a volume of 200 liters.
As an external decoration, we offer TRESPA panels in combination with wooden strips or
decorative stone (rn-stone.be). Other customizable options can be discussed with the
customer. For insulation, we use unique MgO-SIP panels with ESP fillers.
SML panels (insulating partitions) with the following properties:
- biologically safe,
- fireproof, classified as non-combustible materials, fire hazard class A1, which is the highest
rating for building materials.

The materials used in the construction
We make our houses from modern innovative materials, using the latest development in the
field of construction: MgO SIP panels.
Structurally Flexible, Thermal Insulation Panels (SIPs) form the basis of our modern building
system. The external structure of this class A panel is magnesium oxide. It is a perfectly
waterproof, fireproof and extremely durable material. The thermal core consists of foam
insulation.
DISTINCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS:
- Superior thermal characteristics: MgO SIPs are available in a variety of plate thickness
options and U values up to 0.14 W / mK or higher. Their thermal efficiency - maximum U
values of 0.14 - mean that the panels are the most efficient thermal SIP panels on the market,
way superior to standard OSB / EPS plates with typical U values of 0.35 or higher. Their use
in construction allows achieving almost passive values. You use a house for permanent
residence, which does not require gasification since heating with electricity requires minimal
costs. The composite wall exceeds the most stringent energy efficiency standards for passive
houses (the coefficient of resistance of walls to energy transfer is more than 7.0). Our houses
have very limited thermal bridges and exceptional density.
- Fire resistance: fireproof, with A1 non-flammability class
- Stiffness: MgO SIP panels are absolutely flat, do not deform, do not peel, do not expand and
do not shrink, which leads to an unsurpassed level of earthquake resistance.
- High moisture resistance: SPT panels are made of magnesium oxide, a mineral that
naturally repels water, does not absorb and does not retain moisture. Unlike OSB boards,
SPT panels do not require time to dry after exposure to moisture and do not deform.
- Biological safety: they are not subject to decay or the formation of mold.
